ThesisOS is a software platform that provides market intelligence tools for prediction-market venues. The platform provides tools for wallet tracking, anomaly detection, market monitoring, and data analytics. ThesisOS does not provide brokerage services, does not custody funds or assets, and does not serve as an introducing broker, commodities trading advisor, futures commission merchant, or other regulated intermediary.

1.2 No Advice; No Fiduciary Relationship

ThesisOS offers analytics and intelligence tools. Nothing on or through ThesisOS constitutes investment or trading advice, recommendations, endorsements, or fiduciary services. Users must make their own independent decisions.

By using ThesisOS, users acknowledge that they are solely responsible for evaluating whether any market, trade, or investment decision is suitable in light of their objectives and risk tolerance.

Past performance does not guarantee future results. Analytics and scoring provided by ThesisOS are for informational purposes only. Markets can behave unpredictably and may render historical models invalid.

3 Privacy & Data

ThesisOS collects only the data necessary to provide its services: account credentials, usage analytics, and device tokens for push notifications. ThesisOS does not sell user data to third parties.

Wallet data displayed in the app is derived from publicly available blockchain data. ThesisOS does not have access to users' exchange accounts or funds.

4 Beta and Experimental Features

Certain features may be labeled as "Beta" or "Experimental." These features are provided for testing and feedback purposes and may be incomplete, unstable, unsupported, inaccurate, or withdrawn without notice.
